Who we are

This website and its waitlist are operated by Market Insides Ltd (МАРКЕТ ИНСАЙДС ЕООД), a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (UIC 121881023), acting as data controller. Contact: [email protected]. Operation is expected to transfer to a dedicated company; the waitlist will be notified of any change of controller, and your rights are unaffected.

What we collect, and why

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, and the page you signed up from. We use it for exactly one purpose: to contact you about our launch and beta access. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. That's the whole list — this site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Where it lives

Signups are stored with Cloudflare (our hosting and database provider), which processes data under its privacy policy and EU data-protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until launch communications conclude, until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Every email we send includes an opt-out.

Your rights

Access, correct, or delete your data — email us and it's done.
Withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe link or email).
Complain to a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

When the product launches, a full privacy policy covering the platform will replace this notice. Material changes will be announced to the waitlist.
